Built by operators, for operators.

At LCG, we're redefining advisory — from buyer partnerships that span careers to seller exits that feel effortless. Specializing in services where people + processes = profits.

Most advisory firms measure success by volume — how many deals closed, how much revenue booked. We measure it differently. We track what we protected our partners from, what happened after the ink dried, and whether the business is still thriving a year later.

Our team has spent 20+ years inside professional and industrial services — not observing from the outside, but operating, acquiring, and growing these businesses firsthand. That experience taught us something the spreadsheet never captures: in services, the people are the asset. Get the transition wrong and the value walks out the door.
